I have been using the application for more than 3 years, using the deposit channels available in the application, most notably Vodafone Cash, which is managed by agents within the application and not outside of it. I transferred an amount of money to the number provided to me by the application, as I do every time, but this time my deposit was stolen and was not credited to my account.I repeatedly filed complaints, and every time they requested documents, which I provided. After that, I was required to visit the company’s of payment method headquarters, which is more than 6 hours away from my location, and I did so. In the end, it feels as if I am talking to a robot even after i provided all docs which can anyone provide to solve this issue.
