At the mercy of Payment agents and a unprofessional Support team
I think all these sites are at the mercy of payment partners in India. Some of these payment agent guys find these websites an easy entry to make a quick buck. I deposited 10k and immediately provided them with the details using their UPI Fast option. After a few minutes website asked me to contact support and after providing them with details they said I would be contacted soon. Then finally a message was received, you payment did not go through. If money was deducted it will be reversed in 4-5 days. Obviously everyone knows once a UPI payment is made there is no reversal. One is lucky only if the payment does not go through. Unfortunately for me it went through and even though I gave them proof they just pushed it under the carpet and made me a scape goat. Please avoid these websites. They might be good for a few but the rest of us simple people it's a scam and a rip off. I hope I can get my money back. 1755704003 is my account ID and 20434315 is my payment query.
