1xBet Casino - Player claims deposit limit is not enforced.
The player from Kenya submitted a complaint against 1xBet for failing to enforce their responsible gambling deposit limit set at 100 KES on June 14. Despite activating this limit, the player was able to make deposits exceeding the limit and received no appropriate response from customer support. They requested a full refund of all deposits made after the limit was activated. We asked the casino for the deposit-limit audit, transaction records, and a written explanation, but these were not provided. As a result, the complaint was closed as unresolved due to insufficient evidence from the casino, and the casino’s Safety Index was negatively affected.
