I have added three time rs 10000 two times transection successfully balance added in my 1win account and one time balance deducted but amount not added in my account.I have attached multiple pieces of evidence to demonstrate the connection between these transactions and my 1win account:1. Three ₹10,000 UPI transactions: My bank statement shows three separate ₹10,000 UPI transactions made on 2 September 2026. The transactions have the same payment pattern and were made for 1win deposits.2. Two successful deposits: Two of these ₹10,000 payments were successfully credited to my 1win wallet. This demonstrates that the same type of UPI transaction was being used for 1win deposits.3. One missing deposit: The third ₹10,000 payment was also successfully completed and deducted from my bank account. The Paytm receipt shows UPI Reference Number 624534948216 and the recipient details. However, this ₹10,000 was never credited to my 1win wallet.4. Video evidence: I have also recorded a video showing the process of making a deposit through 1win, including the payment being redirected to the UPI/Paytm payment process. This demonstrates how these transactions are connected to my 1win deposit activity.5. Communication with 1win: I have also provided correspondence from 1win support regarding this exact deposit issue. Their support team has asked me to verify my 1win account ID and provide the payment receipt, which further confirms that I was dealing with 1win regarding this transaction.I have provided the original, unedited payment evidence and supporting documentation.
