Dear 1win Support,I want to file an urgent complaint against a person claiming to be a 1win Cash agent.I transferred a total of ₹95,000 to this person for deposits into my 1win account:- ₹50,000- ₹20,000- ₹25,000Despite receiving my payments, the promised deposits were not credited to my 1win account. The agent sent me screenshots showing “Account successfully funded”, but I never received the corresponding balance.I have attached:- Payment proofs for all three transfers- UPI/transaction IDs- Screenshots sent by the agent- Screenshot showing the registered 1win Cash location as Pimpri-Chinchwad- Chat evidencePlease investigate whether this person is an authorized 1win Cash agent and verify where these deposits were actually credited. I request a detailed investigation and written response regarding my disputed amount of ₹95,000.Regards.
