Trial offer— what it means in affiliate marketing
An offer where the user gets the product free or nearly free, then is charged on a subscription.
Conversion is high and so are refunds and chargebacks, so the economics live in the rebill curve. How clearly the subscription is disclosed is what regulators and card schemes look at.
