On March 26, 2026, I made a deposit at Joycasino. After playing for a while, I managed to request a withdrawal of €345. My withdrawal remained pending until April 2nd, after which the casino canceled it without explanation. I contacted support by email. The casino replied that the payment had been canceled due to a technical problem and advised me to try withdrawing the funds in installments. I did as they asked, but the withdrawal was still canceled. They then sent me an email informing me that the Skrill payment request had been forwarded to the finance department. After a few days of waiting, the casino replied that the request is currently under review by the settlements department. Every time, the casino finds some excuse not to pay. Don’t you dare guys register with this site. Let me tell you what they re doing to me. Apparently they gave 100 euro bonus ( 100 deposit bonus) total 200 withdrawal. First they told me that bank roll is 5000 to finish and can withdrawal my funds. Granted. So I played sports book and from 200 I made it 1500 euros. What happens then? They restricted wagering limit to 2 euro maximum per bet. And had to reach 5000 wagering limit in a month. Я зарегистрировался в Joycasino в конце февраля, так как увидел что у них есть возможность делать ставки на спорт. Почти сразу меня удивила их бонусная политика. Я получил бонус на первый депозит. Далее суммы за сделанные ставки списывались с основного баланса, а выигрыши зачислялись на бонусный. По итогу основной баланс обнулился и все деньги оказались на бонусном, что лишило меня возможности отменить бонус. Далее пару недель я выигрывал, потом проиграл. В какой-то момент я понял что не успею отбить бонус и пошёл играть в слоты. В этот момент у меня было несколько открытых ставок на футбол. В слоты я проиграл столько, что бонус по итогу отменился. Некоторые из моих футбольных ставок выиграли, но неожиданно выигрыш так и не был зачислен на мой баланс. В службе поддержки сказали что якобы в момент размещения ставок у меня был активный бонус, но он отменился до расчёта ставок, поэтому выигрыш и не поступил на счёт. И для того чтобы он всё-таки поступил нужно отыграть активные бонусы, которые сейчас есть на аккаунте и выигрыши тогда по этим ставкам зачислят. Т.е. получается что из-за их странной бонусной системы можно просто так взять и не зачислить законный выигрыш. И если бы я этого не заметил, то и в целом сделать вид что ничего не произошло и просто присвоить выигрыши себе. Вот такое вот "честное" заведение. Пришлось опять идти в слоты. По итогу сейчас у меня на балансе 0, активных бонусов нет. Но обращение в службу поддержки так и не принесло возврат выигрышей с тех ставок. Типа они проверяют ситуацию. Чего проверять? Ставки выиграли, выигрыши не зачислены уже несколько дней... Хотя сами мне сказали что зачислят как бонусов на аккаунте не будет, уже всё проверено. 1.01.2026 18:32 был совершен депозит на сумму 10 тысяч рублей мне показалась то что банк получателя был альфа банк после пару часов деньги так и не написал в тех поддержку они мне отписываются то что надо было отправить на алеф-банк я им прошу предоставить реквизиты то что именно было то что банк получателя алеф- банк а не альфа банк на что они сказали они не обязаны предоставлять такую информацию по итогу то что в альфа банке и алеф банк получатель один и тот же и деньги в полном обьему поступили на его счет до сих пор проблему так и не решили пополнять я больше не буду пока не решат мою проблему ладно бы ошибся номером или еще что-то где видна ошибка а здесь получатель один и тот же деньги пришли на его счет в полном платежом но джойказино отказывается решать проблему и здесь дело не 10 тысячи я туда занес на много больше и играю там уже с 2016 года и проблемы которые были решались через поддержку сейчас через сайт в тех поддержку написать не могу только через тг в боте
