The CLI binary ucp must be installed locally. Store-specific commands with --business <url> require a local identity created with ucp profile init --name <local-profile-name>. Without the ucp executable in your path, every operation fails immediately.
To prevent validation mistakes, the agent queries store capabilities before sending data. The ucp discover command reports supported operations. Adding --input-schema reveals the exact payload format required for checkout and shipping.
