What epigraphdb-skill does

The skill queries the EpiGraphDB API and returns a concise Markdown summary. It covers ontology, literature, Mendelian randomization, gene-drug links, and evidence paths. List requests start with a cap of 10 items; that cap can be lowered when a response is likely to expand quickly.

Every request runs through scripts/rest_request.py, which accepts JSON containing the API base address and request path, with optional parameters and response settings. The ping, builds, and meta/api-endpoints paths can check availability. To get the full response, enable raw output saving and provide a file path. Python and the script are required; without the script, the skill cannot make requests.
