The skill creates a pre-deployment checklist for a service or release. It covers passing CI tests, code review and approvals, known critical bugs, database migrations, feature flags, rollback planning, staging verification, smoke tests, canary deployment, key user flows, and post-deploy follow-up.
Run /deploy-checklist $ARGUMENTS with a service or release name. The checklist can be adjusted for feature flags, a database migration, or a breaking API change. When source control, CI/CD, or monitoring connectors are available, it can use the release diff, pipeline status, and current metric baselines. A release with database migrations needs an explicit migration check and rollback criteria before deployment.
