What cold-outreach-sequence does

The skill runs in three modes: quick gives one connection request and one follow-up, standard produces a four-touch sequence for a single prospect, and deep builds a multi-prospect system with A/B variants and a tracking table. standard is the default.

Before drafting anything, it asks for the prospect's name and company, research signals, your own positioning, and the platform. No named signal from search means no Tier 1 message: the prospect drops to Tier 3 and the skill says so. Connection requests stay under 300 characters, and the first message has to ask a question instead of pitching.

A self-critique pass runs after generation. It checks the character limit, whether each message cites the research signal, and whether the first follow-up actually adds something new. You get the sequence plus a table for tracking replies and resurface dates.
