What career-ops-job-search does

career-ops-job-search adds 14 job-search modes to Claude Code. It scores offers from A to F, creates ATS-oriented PDF resumes, scans 45+ company career portals, and handles several listings in one batch. The /career-ops command also covers queue processing, LinkedIn outreach drafts, and company research.

The package includes mode files under modes/, profile and portal settings, plus a Go terminal dashboard for filtering, sorting, and changing application states. Node.js 18+ with Playwright is needed for PDF generation, while Go 1.21+ is used for the dashboard. An active Anthropic API key in Claude Code is required for the pipeline to run.

Set up config/profile.yml, portals.yml, and a Markdown cv.md before processing listings. The dashboard is built separately from dashboard and is optional.
