Verificate MCP — Claude Code MCP server: gate AI-written code
A hosted MCP server that runs AI-written code past 17 deterministic gates and an ISO/IEC 25010 review. Any gate can veto the change.
claude mcp add --transport http verificate-mcp https://mcp.verificate.ai/mcpWhat Verificate MCP does
Verificate MCP sits between your assistant and your repo. When Claude, Cursor or another client writes code, the server sends it through deterministic gates first: they catch placeholders, reward-gaming tests and calls to SDK methods that do not exist. One gate is enough to veto, and no model output overrides that. Whatever survives gets scored by an enterprise review built on ISO/IEC 25010 — performance, scalability, reliability.
Four tools ship with it. validate_ai_output is the merge gate and returns approve or reject. validate_plan checks a design before any code exists. analyze_code digs into code you already have and returns scores without a verdict. generate_code writes and vets in one pass. Prompts gate_my_changes and review_my_plan loop validate, fix, re-validate until the change is approved.
Nothing to install — you add a URL. Each machine gets 25 validations with no account, card or key. After that you need a Verificate account, so pick a plan before you wire the server into a working loop.
What it helps with
- catch a mock refund path before merge
- reject a test that only asserts true
- flag an invented SDK call
- review a design before writing code
- audit inherited code for hot paths and rate limits
Example prompts for the agent
- Run
validate_ai_outputon this diff and show me the verdict - Gate the refactor plan with
validate_plan - Analyze

Questions about Verificate MCP
How do I install Verificate MCP in Claude Code?
One command: claude mcp add --transport http verificate-mcp https://mcp.verificate.ai/mcp. No account or token needed.
What does Verificate MCP do?
It runs AI-written code through deterministic gates that hold veto power, then scores what survives against ISO/IEC 25010. You get an approve or reject verdict with severity-ranked findings.
How is this different from a linter?
A linter applies rules and passes no judgement. Here the gates can reject a change outright, and model output cannot override that.
