The integration communicates over HTTP using https://www.skillsboard.sh/api/mcp or a self-hosted instance. Self-hosting requires Node.js 20.9 or newer, pnpm 10, and PostgreSQL 15.
The registry pulls current files from GitHub without code auditing. Review foreign repository files before letting agents run them.
