pipepost — Claude Code MCP server: what it does, how to install
MCP server for publishing articles, scoring SEO, and posting social updates straight from your terminal. Connects Claude Code to several CMS platforms.
claude mcp add pipepost -- npx -y pipepost-mcpWhat pipepost does
The server turns Claude Code into a content pipeline managed directly from the command line. It distributes posts to Dev.to, Ghost, Hashnode, WordPress, Medium, and Substack. When sending drafts to several destinations at once, the engine sets canonical URLs automatically to preserve search rankings.
The package includes tools for auditing markdown files, scanning links for redirects or timeouts, and submitting live pages to IndexNow. You can also broadcast single posts or threaded series to Bluesky, Mastodon, LinkedIn, and X without leaving your agent workspace.
Publishing to CMS targets and transforming posts for social networks requires credits. They are unlocked with a license key using the activate command. Credentials for external platforms remain stored locally through the setup tool.
What it helps with
- cross-post markdown articles to Dev.to, Ghost, and Substack with canonical URLs
- scan markdown drafts for broken, timed-out, or redirected links
- broadcast post threads directly to Bluesky, Mastodon, and X
- submit newly published URLs directly to IndexNow
Example prompts for the agent
- Audit this markdown draft and report all broken or redirected links
- Cross-publish this guide to Ghost and Dev.to with canonical links wired
- Check view counts and comment metrics across my connected platforms
