The MCP server exposes scaffold_test, validate, format, and run. The underlying test files can cover HTTP, WebSocket, GraphQL, and gRPC requests, along with multi-step flows and test suites. The same files can run in CI through the testlight CLI.
Setup relies on npx, so the MCP server will not start when npx is unavailable.
