mcp-siigo — Claude Code MCP server: invoices, DIAN
Gives your agent Siigo tools for invoices, credit notes, customers and products, with DIAN e-invoicing built in.
claude mcp add mcp-siigo -e SIIGO_API_KEY=<SIIGO_API_KEY> -e SIIGO_ACCESS_TOKEN=<SIIGO_ACCESS_TOKEN> -- npx -y @codespar/mcp-siigoWhat mcp-siigo does
Twenty-two tools sit inside this server, all talking to the Siigo API. create_invoice writes an invoice and sends it to DIAN; get_invoice_pdf pulls the document itself; create_credit_note adjusts an invoice already issued. Customers and products are handled the same way — create_customer, update_product, delete_product. Reference data comes through too: document types, taxes, payment methods, warehouses, users.
Auth is a Bearer token. Both SIIGO_API_KEY and SIIGO_ACCESS_TOKEN are required, and the server won't start without them. Get credentials from the Siigo developer portal. Transport is stdio by default; set MCP_HTTP="true" together with MCP_PORT to switch to HTTP.
Node.js is all you need on the machine — the package runs via npx. It's listed for Claude, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cline and Zed, and only the config wrapper changes between them. An expired access token means invoices stop reaching DIAN, so keep the credential fresh.
What it helps with
- issue a Siigo invoice and send it to DIAN
- fetch the PDF of an invoice you already created
- raise a credit note against an existing invoice
- add a customer or product straight from the chat
- check which warehouses and payment methods exist
Example prompts for the agent
- Create an invoice for the last order and give me the PDF
- Make a credit note for last month's invoice
- Add this new customer, then fix their address
