maccabi-health — Claude Code MCP server: read Maccabi records
Pulls your Maccabi Healthcare records into an AI assistant or a CLI: lab results, prescriptions, visits, referrals and PDFs. Handy when you want a second opinion on a test.
claude mcp add maccabi-health -- npx -y maccabi-healthWhat maccabi-health does
The server reads from your Maccabi Healthcare Services account: lab history with values, units and reference ranges, prescriptions and dispensing records, visit notes, vaccinations, referrals, doctor correspondence and quarterly billing reports. Some documents come as PDFs. For imaging you get the study list, series and per-image metadata.
Signing in takes your ID number (תעודת זהות) and the phone that receives the SMS code. Maccabi closes a session an hour after login, so maccabi-health login starts a background renewal every 240 seconds and returns — later commands keep working until that hour runs out. The background process cannot stretch the window. maccabi-health login --no-keep-alive skips it, maccabi-health logout stops it.
Unofficial, not affiliated with Maccabi. Every record you hand to an assistant lands in that model's context and travels wherever the model runs. When the agent has a shell, the CLI is often the better fit: JSON from a pipe is easy to filter and loop over. JPEG previews and raw pixel files exist only in the CLI, and among ultrasound data only the 8-bit variant has been checked against a live account.
