What getregdata does

The MCP server gives an agent access to tools for querying business registries. Those tools can help check companies and beneficial owners, find insolvency records, and screen for adverse media. Registry access runs through Apify actors, so the available sources depend on the tools you connect.

For a local setup, provide an APIFY_TOKEN and run npx -y getregdata-mcp. Without the token, paid Apify actors cannot process requests. The repository also contains workflow skills for KYC/AML, credit risk, property checks, compliance, and B2B lead research. The server exposes registry tools; the skills provide research workflows.

What it helps with

  • check a company and its beneficial owners
  • find insolvency records for a counterparty
  • run a KYB check using a Polish NIP
  • query business registries through an agent

Example prompts for the agent

  • Check the company with NIP 6770065406 and identify its beneficial owners.
  • Search for insolvency records for Alpenbau GmbH.
  • Review this company in public registries and flag adverse media.
