The server links coding assistants to the hosted communication platform at https://mcp.bird.com. Your agent gets direct tools to dispatch emails, read delivery receipts with bird email get, and manage SMS or WhatsApp channels.
It works alongside the bird CLI. This command-line tool lets an agent set up an account, verify an email address, and configure an organization workspace directly from the terminal.
Access is OAuth-gated. Every tool call fails until you grant consent in the browser via /mcp or run claude mcp login bird.
