William Hill— player complaints: 224 in English

William hill are a complete bunch of thieves you win and they refuse to pay you. my money has gone from my account, where is it, and they are ripping people off left right and centre and getting away with it. I have sent in my driving license and bank details a dozen times but the message site keep tell me that I need to send them in again. the people who are supposed to help you refuse to help you and just cut you off. I have only bad thoughts for all of them and williamhill. bunch of low thieves the lot of them.

Would of given less than 1 star but can’t, I have recently opened up an account with William hill online and countless times they were asking for my documents for security and to confirm account. Eventually they opened the account which they emailed to me then after a week they restricted my daily promotion when asking them they said needed to send documents but I had already sent them then they changed there mind and said we’ve restricted for your own safety. When I raised this issue they restricted the account saying safer gambling will call and lift restrictions this was meant to be done a few days ago now they are just fobbing me off. Stay away from William hill my suggestion is join Midnite they are a million and one times better site, customer support, games etc… all better. I am going to be posting all the screen shots and emails to social media and news outlets it’s time people knew how terrible and unprofessional professional William hill really are.

SCAM!!!! If i could give zero star i would this company is a mega scam! Thr live chat is a joke and designed to make it hard for people to get in contact. Don't try to collect any winnings from a different shop as each time I've tried I've always had problems. Every other bookie out there pays as soon as the slip is scanned no matter which shop you go to. Terrible company and just trying to make it difficult for customers to get any winnings and hope you give up.

Customer service is the worst I've come across!!Normally they'll tell you who you're speaking with which they don't, and when asked they're not allowed to tell you, guessing so you can't complain.There's no "how did we do" after the chat either, assuming because it'll all be negative reviews.The response time is frustratingly long, my guess is so you close the chat and they don't have to use their brain and help.Also no email address.I wanted information regarding my bet builder, basically if you make a bet builder and a player don't start, normally they'd void that selection like they used to regardless if they come on as a sub or not, but not anymore!! These scumbags have a new method where you can deposit using your bank card, but to withdraw your funds you can't use the same bank card, you have to physically go into a shop. They know this will increase the chance of customers to keep playing with the money in the account. This should be illegal and they should be investigated
