Sugar - Self exclusion

Hi I sent mail to sugar casino close my account permanently in march 11 2017 because of gambling addiction. But they replied to me I didn't get welcome bonus and some promotions. But I lost again 123€ recently. I am looking for deposit refunds because I already informed my addiction to them but they wanted to make money from me they did not close my account in march. Please help me to get refunds from sugar casino. [EDIT]
