Terrible experience with Stake Casino. After losing tens of thousands of dollars in just two days of heavy play, I contacted their support multiple times expecting standard treatment or at least the promised cashback. Instead, I was met with cold rejections and zero support. They are happy to take your money instantly, but when it comes to honoring cashback or helping through massive losses, they completely refuse to cooperate. Avoid this casino!

The support chat option for sending messages also appears to be disabled for my account, so I am unable to contact support through the website.When I send emails from a different email address, I receive a reply asking me to contact you from my registered email address. I hereby said that stake is quite good but some unfortunate things happened like i withdrew 20000,2300,5500 and 3-4 more withdrawls which i neither got and one deposit of 11500 which i never got in stake or reversed in my account otherwise stake is good

I don't know why, but the thing I praised stake before is the reason why I'm rating it 3 stars. The live customer support was superb, like an instant reply within maximum 5 minutes after my concern. These past 3 weeks has been the opposite. Every midnight, 11pm to 1am PHT, there were no replies and even going hours on hours before I even got a reply. Few times I sleep through it waiting for the response. WHAT HAPPENED???

They suck you in, take your money and then shut down your dashboard for no reason. Once your account is deleted, you will never hear from them again. , don't let them touch your savings.
