Stake.com ignored my complaint, ignored my data request, and ignored their own regulator's framework.I never expected perfect customer service. I did expect a gambling operator to acknowledge a formal complaint.I was onboarded to Stake through someone claiming to work with Stake, despite me being in the UK where Stake is not licensed, and despite previously being self-excluded from gambling. I was instructed through affiliate channels and shown ways around the normal onboarding process.On 31 August 2026 I submitted a formal complaint to Stake. Since then: complete silence.No acknowledgement. No investigation. No meaningful response.I also submitted a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) requesting information about my account and the affiliate who referred me. Again, nothing.The only reply I have received was a public Trustpilot response, while every private complaint channel has been ignored.I have now escalated the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) and the UK Gambling Commission, as Stake's complaints handling appears inconsistent with the standards published under the Curaçao regulatory framework.This review is not about losing money. It is about how a gambling operator behaves when a customer raises serious compliance concerns. If your complaint is inconvenient, don't expect engagement.I'll update this review if Stake finally responds. Until then, this has been one of the worst complaint experiences I've ever had with any company.Dont let their fake replies fool you.

I received a promotional email from Stake stating: "Wager $150 to unlock a bonus of $25." The email listed three specific conditions: (1) wager within 3 days, (2) bonus credited within 48 hours of completing the wager, (3) excludes bets on Stake Poker.I met all three conditions - I completed the required wagering within the time limit, on eligible games, and waited the full 48 hours for the bonus to be credited.I did not receive the bonus. I contacted live support and was told by an agent ("SandraR") that I was "not eligible," that this decision is made by "another team," and that support has no access to the eligibility criteria and cannot provide a reason.I contacted support again and a second agent ("Natalija") gave a contradicting response, stating that "as long as the requirements in this email are fulfilled, you should receive the bonus within 48 hours," and told me to wait again - despite my having already waited past 48 hours and been denied.When I asked a third time for the specific term I failed to meet so I could escalate this properly, the same agent confirmed the decision is "final," that support has "no insight into the reason," and that it is "solely up to" an unnamed internal team.The promotional email contains no clause reserving discretionary approval beyond the three stated conditions. I have screenshots of the original promotional email and all support chat exchanges as evidence. I am requesting the bonus be honored as advertised, or a specific written explanation of which stated term was not met.

The ability to not link same game parlays together like other sites is a disappointment.Also, the VIP bar that levels you up, talks about bigger bonuses the higher you climb, I have found that this is not true. While the initial bonuses when reaching a new status are good, the weekly and monthly bonuses don’t change at all. My recent monthly bonus wasn’t even double that of a weekly bonus, it feels almost as it’s just random. Other than that, solid site !
