Stake - Bonus problem
Dear Support Team,
I would like to file a formal complaint against **Stake.com**, as I strongly believe my **November monthly bonus** has been unfairly reduced or withheld. I have been a Stake member since 2020 and a **VIP Diamond** player, and I have never experienced issues with my monthly bonuses until now. However, for November, I received **only $500 USD+$50**, which is unacceptable considering my wagering volume.
**Issue Summary**
Despite having wagered **over $8,000,000 USD in October**, Stake credited me only $500 for the November monthly bonus. This does not align with previous calculations or my long-term bonus history. Additionally, a message consistently appears in my client portal (screenshot: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇), which does not make sense based on my wagering activity and VIP level as Diamond Level.

This amount was reasonable, as I wagered roughly $100,000 in September.
**October Activity (which determines the November bonus)**
- 1 Oct: VIP progress at 6.97%

- 15 Oct: Wagering had already reached **$8,636,545.66**, and VIP progress increased to **23.86%**

Yet, for the November monthly bonus Stake sent me on 14 Nov and only **around $500**:

Additionally, the “post-monthly” bonus on 26 Nov was only **$55.96**:

**Why This Is a Problem**
In September I wagered around **$100,000** and received about **$2,601** for the October monthly bonus. Using the same ratio:
- If **$100k → approx. $2,601**,
- Then **$1M → approx. $26,010**,
- And for **$8M wagered → approx. $182,070**.
Based on this pattern, the amount I received (**$500**) is completely inconsistent and appears to be an error or unjust reduction.
**Request**
I respectfully request that Stake.com review my wagering history and **credit me the correct November monthly bonus amount** based on the standard calculation used for all previous months.
