False advertising and bait advertising I recieved a link by email saying if I made a deposit I would get a bonus. So I decided to take the offer clicked the link to deposit in the email and followed the instructions. Come to the day the bonus should be awarded I check and nothing so I contacted customer service which then said I deposited wrong and took no ownership of the fact their link led me wrong. I got nothing but copy and paste messages from a guy called Niko who just kept saying “I cannot help you any further” I have never seen such horrible customer service in my life
