Spinia — player complaint #62709, 2021-01-12: bonus terms

Good day, I am having a problem with spinia.com. I have paid 50 euro and received a100% bonus. Now during the game I won 1600 euro on a 0.80 euro bet and played further to 1200 euro and wanted to cash out. Now they say that they don;t cash out because i played higher than 5 euro and that is true, but after winning on the low bet. they stand at their point and removed all my winnings and i am really devastated. Why am I allowed to bet more than 5 euro on a bonus play, when it's not allowed?? I won on a low bet, so why did I lose all the cash?? This aint fair! could you please help me out?
