Bonus of EUR 50 never added to my balance on 23-07-2022. I added EUR 50 on 23-22-2022 and based on my game history only used that EUR 50 and won 1x EUR 4,0 and did get credited that but never the EUR 50 because my remaning balance should have been EUR 50,16 with bonus but my balance is only eur 0,16
