The player from Finland had his account closed due to an IP address issue after making a withdrawal request while playing with raw deposits. He reported that his TRX winnings withdrawal had not arrived, and when he tried to log in, he found the account blocked without prior notice. We asked for more details, but the casino stated it could not locate the account and later explained that multiple-account activity had been detected through several verification factors.
