The game Boom Bang froze on me in the middle of a free spins bonus round which has given me close to if not over 100 free spins, there were still 34 more left, at the very least, and 76$ in winnings up until the point in question. It's all froze and inaccessible, the winnings, the game all of it. It shows the launch page of the game provider when I try to enter the game again but nothing else. I've contacted live chat in regards to this matter several times throughout this past week and I keep getting told to just wait some hours. Just wait, just wait, just wait. But nothing is happening. After requesting my issue to be escalate to their tech team, I'm told they have none. The last time i talked to them i was letting them know I'm going to file a complaint and only then was i told that my issue will be escalated to upper management. That was over a day ago and again have heard nothing back. I've given them more than what I feel is a fair chance and they have shown me absolutely nothing in return.
