I had such a bad experience with this Casino Site. This is a scam and do not expect any help from customer service. When I joined the Royal Panda, they did not ask for any verification. They let me withdraw a few times. But suddenly they asked for the documents to verify. I submitted my Id and address proof. I used 2 different cards to put some money as a deposit. First of all, it was shocking that they were asking for a debit/credit card picture to upload. But I still uploaded the debit card picture but they kept rejecting the document as they wanted me to upload both the card. It was so illogical to ask for pictures for both my cards then I talked to this customer service representative named Simon. He was doing the same thing just asking me to upload both card pictures. He was not even responding properly and reading what I was writing. With all the frustration I just closed the account without withdrawing my money from Royal Panda. my experience with Royal Panda Casino was a complete disaster. From the frustrating website design to the unhelpful customer support and convoluted withdrawal process, it's clear that this casino falls far short of providing a satisfactory gaming experience. I strongly advise anyone considering playing at Royal Panda Casino to look elsewhere for a more reputable and customer-oriented online casino.

I’m from Ontario and I had made an account a year ago.Yesterday I deposited $40 and ended up winning $120. Upon withdrawing, Royal Panda decided I needed to make a new account under their new Ontario license, removing all my funds completely. So essentially they let me play, spend money and then when I won they decided I’m not aloud to keep the money. I wouldn’t recommend Royal Panda for shady business practices.

This company is a fraud heartless thieves. I signed up and play some money and won some money so i press the withdrawal which it shows that my withdrawal is bending and nearly one day later theres still no money and i tried to login but they have lock me out and cancel my account. Please dont ever think of wasting your money. Everytime some one will write a honest reviews they will reply to cover their con jobs. The authorities where this company is operating should investigate this fraud. Hi there. I have had an ongoing issue with Royal Panda and the funds that I should have received. I was unaware of how to deal with a situation like this and I am hoping this is the correct way to go about it. On February 2.2023 I made a $30 deposit with a $50 visa gift card. I tried making two separate $400 withdrawals equaling $800. However, both were denied by the provider, I immediately contacted live chat customer support made them aware of my issue but no real reason as to why they were denied and not returned back into my account. The verification process was successful there were no problems. I have spoken to several customer service representatives however, everyone I spoke to seemed to have a different variation of what was going on. I was told that the two $400 withdrawals that were denied were credited back into my account and played. However, that could not be possible as I did not have any funds at the time to play with. A customer service representative reassured me that he did credit my account the $800, and they would process the funds and I'd be able to withdrawal it I have attached the chat transcript below for this conversation. I immediately contacted customer support again and made them aware of what I felt was a possible software glitch or miscalculation and I requested to have my data sent to me, which they complied with. However, the files only showed a small portion of the games I played with both my leovegas account as well as my royal panda account which got me a bit confused. I've asked for confirmation of the two separate $400 withdrawals being credited back into my account which they have failed to show me. I received a screenshot through an email from a customer support representative and that showed me absolutely nothing she also sent me a screenshot of a photo that was not meant for me. Every time I try to contact customer support they can’t help me and come up with new excuses as to why I can’t get into my account. I’m still fighting with them over it. Do not join this casino. Will not give me my winnings despite me giving them 5 verification documents which all have been approved. Talked to several agents and no help whatsoever. Had a deposit issue last week, told royal to close my account. They did. Was still getting emails about the sign up bonus. Horrible!If you want to withdraw cash, they will jack you around claiming you haven't submitted the proper documents. I submitted way more than necessary (bank statements, passport, selfies holding the card, etc) and they still wouldn't send the money. They accept cash in seconds but when you try to withdraw they give ridiculous excuses about security as to why they can't pay out. The type of bank documents they request require pieces of info that aren't even on your bank statement...so they then use that as an excuse to not pay.I've spoken to friends who used their site and they have also had major issues in getting verified and withdrawing funds too.Leo Vegas is the same company and they also make you jump through unnecessary hoops for weeks.Stay away from this frustrating company!
