Well where to begin so I brought a 50 dollar paysafe card and won 1k I ask for them to put in my bank account and they totally refused.they would only put it in my paysafe account I'm in nz so I can't withdraw money from paysafe I explained this to them and they still refused so out of anger I spin the 1k and won nothing Royal panda is one of the worse online casino I have ever dealt with and after spinning the 1k and winning nothing it's pretty obvious they are a scam they mite say it's the gaming model but it really isn't I DO NOT RECOMMEND ROYAL PANDA AT ALL THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN 👎👎👎👎👎👎 my reviews not genuine are you kidding me. Withdrawal Issues Scam Site PerhapsI have NEVER had withdrawal issues like this site!!! I’ve had the pleasure of playing on other casino sites and this is the first one that is trying desperately in every way to make my withdrawal of my winnings of $2100 impossible. I think they purposely have you wait 5 days for you to receive your withdrawal so that they can say it’s your bank that is is causing the delay and that your bank is to blame for the reason you have not received the funds. That’s funny because my bank has received many many many of my winnings from other casino sites with absolutely no issues. I don’t buy that excuse for one moment. I do not believe that it’s my bank that is not accepting the transaction. I believe they have my winnings on hold still and haven’t even forwarded it to my bank. My bank would have advised me about a declined transaction and would have sent it back after a few days. With all this aggravation I have asked them to retract my withdrawal request and asked them then to decline my withdrawal and put it back in my account and they said they no longer have it. So my question is where is it? They said my bank it holding it and to contact them. So is this going to be a “he said she said” situation causing more issues? I still don’t buy it! Banks don’t hold funds like that! They told me they have to escalate this because it has past the 5 day requirement. Ya ok. I have to show proof now and show my bank statement. Which is fine but now causes another delay!! Really!! If you play on this site and win, show your bank statement and deposit information right away to show proof so they won’t make you wait like me to collect your winnings. They will try everything to make you jump through hoops!!!! Make sure they see your name and deposit date information right away. Now I have to go to my bank and get a current bank statement. I’m not happy with this site and after this experience I don’t think it’s worth the aggravation. In regards to customer service in the beginning they are right there to help you and then watch out they do not like you asking questions. Once you do, they start to avoid you and make you wait for lengthy amounts of time!!! I laugh because you get a response email (a generic one of course saying we are sorry etc..,) do these complaints and do people get their winnings situation get rectified? If not I will go to Game or Commission and above until this situation is rectified! So I’ll wait for mine and it’ll say In sorry etc. Royal Panda Advice ..,, Royal Pain Indeed!

Promotions are not clear and completely unrealistic expectations to meet them. Lots of misleading information.

I just can't stop laughing at how terrible their customer service is. They don't understand basic problems, which leads to stupid suggestions on how to solve them; lazy support, they mix your name with someone else in the email. They send me an email with half a message; the rest is hanging somewhere. It is really terrible. And they are extremely slow, below industry standards.

Have deposited plenty of money with no issues. I finally get what for me is a big win of $800, when I tried to withdraw it declined twice without notifying me or giving me a reason. I have provided all verification documents, and then after I went on to a live chat my account has been disabled. Total scam and obviously not going to be getting my money. Plan on taking this further with the gaming commission.

They are scammers and never paid me when ever i won anything more then $100. They made every possible excuse which was totally unrelated to the winning so that they don’t have to pay. They will ask details of expired credit card which I used 6 months ago to pay you for the winning amount today. They go dig in past n find excuses to make it impossible for winners to pay money. so they are doing this fraudulent activity and still functioning. I think government should’ve taken initiative to stop this scanner in Canada at least.

Compete Scam, they will not let you withdraw any money. Don’t waste your time, if you contact support they will find plenty of reasons to reject your documents and finally block your access to their website. It’s a sister company of leovegas, they will let you deposit without any verification and while you try to withdraw you will all sorts of problems. Check recent reviews in app state and play store , don’t get misguided by fake rating.

Wow. Just terrible. I sign up, deposit $100, and lose it all in less than 20 minutes. I feel like I was just scammed. Just so many dead spins and not even a single feature. The price to buy the features is insane, 100x your bet so that you can win 4x back, crazy. I don’t even know what else to say. Definitely not giving them anymore money thats for sure. Still waiting on my withdrawal from late December. Royal Panda says that "outside company' does the payout and in order for them to 'troubleshoot' I had to send them my personal banking statement to PROVE that I was not paid. This is the FIRST step to get resolve instead of asking this 'outside company'. I provided that statement on Feb 2nd and now I have to wait for the investigation results. It has been 2 full weeks since proving to them that I was not paid. During this 2 months of not being paid I did not receive one single update from Royal Panda to let me know what is happening with my money. I have to inquire about it every 3-5 days. DO NOT GIVE THESE CRIMINALS YOUR MONEY. PLAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Read anything on their site carefully before you join. I only lost 100.00 (in five min). Games do not pay much at all so money goes quick. Any bonus they offer needs a 3,000.00 deposit. That wasn’t clear in their write up. I feel it’s a scam too like a lot of other people.

This casino is a scam. If you win and want to withdraw your winnings they will make sure you need to provide them with multiple, unobtainable documents as so you will never receive that money. Stay clear. I am speaking from experience and it's frustrating to say the least.

withdrew $831 at the end of December /23. Was not paid. When inquiring about it they told me that I had to send in my bank statement so that they can check that I was actually not paid!!!!! This is absolutely atrocious. Who does that to their customers? It is February /24 and I have still not been paid.

I use to enjoy this casino but be aware big wins and bonuses are extremely difficult to get and if you do get one expect a low payout. Spent thousands at this casino and never ever came close to a good win. The drop bonus program is also useless never win anything even after playing 3k betting only $1. They don't offer any cash backs on losses or good promotions. The only good thing is if you win and withdraw it is quick.

"even if they could, Mgmt would state the same thing... it's 2-5 business days to receive funds...and it's CLEARLY stated on their webpage" 🙄This company is ridiculous!! It can receive my deposit in 1 minute but claims that withdrawals can take 2 to 5 business days!!! Like WTH??? What a way to 1) have their customers continue to play out their winnings or 2) lose customers.... I did #1 twice because the withdrawals were small but this most recent one is a bit bigger.... hence, going with #2 once my funds are received, I will be closing my account. After 3 months signed up to this casino, I started to win. I requested 2-3 withdrawals per week for about 3 weeks straight and without any explanation, they blocked my account! I got on a lucky streak and clearly they didn't like it. I am still going back and forth with their customer service to try and find out why I've been blocked and there's still no answers! At all! I was told "this was normal procedure". Very disappointing and worrying experience. This casino makes it appear that registration is easy with a few simple identifiers. Then after you play and look to make a withdraw, they go through an incredibly difficult process requiring multiple pieces of identification. In my case, I had sent eight different documents to them and they still did not except my proof. They have $400 that I would say… Since it’ll be next to impossible for me to satisfy the requirements; they have now stolen it.
