Pub Casino - Lack of SOW and KYC

I am writing this serious complaint about PubCasino (link provided here it just appears white: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ) as they allowed me to deposit £1600 in one day without any for of source of wealth check or any responsible gambling check that every reputable gambling website provides when a user is depositing big amounts. This situation has put me in very vulnerable state and hurt me mentally but also financially. The provider has not adhered to any form of responsible gambling or customer protection. Additionally, the website doesn’t have obvious button to press to access self exclusion only to update limits.

Pub Casino - going asking GDPR rules replying to complaints, and withholding funds

Because of the scale of Documents Pubcasino have requested, it's very uncomfortable compared to any casino site I have used, Paired with the reviews I am seeing across trust pilot, I am extremely skeptical of passing any more details than I have. I have provided less documents to large mainstream casino's including, Virgin, 888, Coral and all documents have been accepted, and for larger withdrawals also. There is no reason for Pub Casino to Request an unfair amount of information, especially whilst publishing peoples own details and gameplay on public websites, They are on very thin ice to GDPR regulations. I wish to have my withdrawal made immediately and sorted ASAP. I really don't want to have to take this further to a complaint and I wish to have my Money returned that I have deposited and I will take the matter further of the extra £570 in winnings or simply my withdrawal request processed
