hi i want to complaint because i deposited around 950 pounds and nothing won , seems likely only takes the money compared to other gambling websites

Been with PubCasino.co.uk for about 6 months and deposited money and withdrew money.Received an email stating they need documentation and i replied i was not willing to hand over this.So i have gone on depositing and thought well they will stop me from depositing eventually if they are not happy.Went to withdraw the other day and i got a message stating you are unable to withdraw as you have a pending withdrawal of £20.19.Contacted the customer service of PubCasino.co.uk and they stated i cannot withdraw money from my account until i hand over documentation?So why you been still letting me deposit then?You cannot have it both ways where you let someone deposit into there account without documentation but you wont let them withdraw.Been onto there customer services asking for my £20.19 pending withdrawal to go through and then i will withdraw the £60.06 remaining in my account and they can then close my account down but they dont seem to want to let me have the money which is mine?If i dont get anywhere here i will email the gambling commission and let them sort it out,you cannot let someone keep depositing without documentation but as soon as they win say oh you cant withdraw until we have documentation you cannot have it both ways.The attachment shows the pending withdrawal and the amount i have in my account that i currently cannot withdraw.From ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.

Basically I opened an account and put £50 in and got a £50 bonus from this is did 20p to £5 spins I got 1 single scatter of £15-20. Hello, I am really not happy with your website, I signed up a few weeks ago and have spent £80 on your site and have won't nothing, and the last few times I've played a game, I've spent the whole amount I deposited for next to nothing, I don't really care about the winning bug I like to continue to play the games, but I can't if i don't win anything at all, it's ridiculous when your spending £10 and winning less than a pound back.

I have sent several verification documents in I sent my citisenz card on Wednesday 2nd of November they verified it then they asked for a bankstatement on Thursday 3rd of November and they told me to wait 48 hours again so I did its not Saturday the 4th of November and there asking for a bank card and I now have to wait another 48 hours I've done everything they asked I've already waited nearly a month for the withdrawal because I had to get photo I'd they keep delaying my withdrawal ever time I do one thing they want another I've had enough of it now

Hello, On the morning of 20/10/2023 I tried to log into my PubCasino account and was unable to do so. I got in contact with Support and was informed that this was due to a "breach of Terms and Conditions" and on further inquiry they alleged that I had been using a VPN to access their site. At no point during my time using PubCasino did I use a VPN or any other service to mask my IP address. I was also informed that all my winnings were confiscated and my deposit would be returned. The winnings in the account totalled to approx. 1950 GBP. In an attempt to clear up any confusion, I informed the Support Agent that my ISP is SpaceX as can be seen from my IP address (I can provide proof of this if required, bills with my location etc) if this might have caused any confusion on PubCasino's end. I was then directed to a screenshot from a random VPN providers website that stated that their VPN would work with SpaceX and this was supposed to validate their decision to close my account and confiscate winnings. The same could be said for any ISP available to all of their customers. This is clearly a complete farce and would allow you to confiscate winnings from any customer you deem fit. I want to make it clear again, at no point during my time playing with PubCasino did I use a VPN. This is extremely frustrating for me as it appears that they are cynically abusing their T&Cs to avoid paying out a winning customer. Indeed there was no mention of a """VPN"""" at any point of my play until after I had submitted fully valid KYC to allow me to make a withdrawal of 100 GBP. I would request that my account would be unblocked and my winnings paid in full. Many thanks
