Good afternoon
I wish to submit a complaint against paddy power and betfair can you advise me on how I go about this?
March 2013 I self excluded from paddy power (unknown to me that it meant for life). I then played on another account with paddy power for 3.5 years with the same details (apart from email address) only in June of this year I discovered that I couldn't log in to my account with paddy power and when I contacted customer service I was advised that the reason my account had been closed (June 2017) was due to the fact I had self excluded my account in march 2013
But since the year 2013 paddy power have accepted numerous deposits (thousands of pounds) from me
I also played with betfair unknown to me until this morning that they are infact the same company and i shouldn't have been able to play,
Again i have made several deposits with them and never withdrew any money. I have now closed my betfair account
