My Stake - Responsible gaming breach

Good afternoon. Months ago I asked "My Stake" for a refund of all deposits made in their online casino, as they do not have a license to operate in my country, Spain. The company denied my request and closed my player account. Well, since about a month ago I have been receiving promotional e-mails from "My Stake" (I attach a screenshot of the e-mails received), something that goes against the "Responsible Gaming" policy. I have documents that confirm that I have been in treatment for gambling problems in the past. That is why I request the return of all deposits made in "My Stake" in compensation for the moral damage caused. I hope you can guide me and help me in this matter. Sincerely
