Mount Gold - Wrongfully opened account even tho self-exelcusion
Hello.
Im self excluded from Infiniza Limited, but now they opened a new website. Wich i could be able to register and deposit alot of money on. (their sister website) but registred on the same company. [REMOVE]So now ive lost and gambled away all my rent and food money for me and my kids under 3days.[REMOVE] Since i dont have controll over my gambling i wanted to exclude lifetime from all websites within Infiniza Limited wich they confirmed earlier this year. But that was not true since i was able to open a new account on their new website.
Im by law in sweden forbidden to gamble at any casino what so ever, since spelpaus. And ive asked the casino about this problem. They dont seem to happy to help me. Now im turning to you guys. Is there any chance you can help me out with this issue so i can go back to normal again. [REMOVE]Since now i dont have money for rent or my kids.[REMOVE]
Since i was able to gambled it all away to this company yet again, even tho im self execluded from their other sites. And within their company.
