Hello. I have been depositing a lot of money into mountgold casino. I was reading mountgold casino rules about deposit 2000 euro or more,that they should ask for my documents. Instead they have letting me play on the site for a while with different deposits and etc. I lost a lot of money and i feel if they would have been correct and been asking for my documents,i prob would not have been losing this much and play this much. I wish there for to get my money back what i have deposit over the months i played here. I will send you a picure of the rules aswell. And im about to contact mga about this aswell. I have proof of deposits before and what i lost etc. I locked myself from playing on this site. And after i emailed them about this,i got on my profile to upload documents. Its kinda too late now when i already been depositing over 4000 euros in a short period. I have pictures of the dates,how much i deposit etc. They let me play even i was self excluded on their other sites within same license number etc.

Hello. Im self excluded from Infiniza Limited, but now they opened a new website. Wich i could be able to register and deposit alot of money on. Hi! I have contacted the casino regarding my addiction which as i see it they contributed to. In their terms it says that they shall do a kyc/Sow for deposit or withdrawal of 2000 euro. That did not happen to me for a very long time and i played for 50.000 euro during one and a half year with about 21.000 in loses with out any contact from the casino. I think they failed me as a player to not do any kind of check up for safe play as the law says. After my 50.000 in deposits they sent me that i had to send in SOW I sent in bankstatments and my salary specifikation. They did not approve this but still let me deposit. I want my last deposits back since they never cleared my documents and had let me play without check up for so long which made my addiction problems worse. If i would have won in my last deposits they would not have payed them out since they did not clear the documents so they should not have let me keep deposit when they did not clear the first papers and let me play for so much money even after the request. I did withdrawal 8000€ the 9/9-2021 9:14 but casino say they cant find my withdrawal i have mail them for two weeks i also contact mga and sweden and Malta police i wanna have my Money that belongs to me

i tried to file a complain at the mga but both times they have directed me to the pogge as ADR the casino listed here is not the real one i had to pick one .my complain is against [MOUNTGOLD casino] wich is not listed.
