Hello,I am a VIP Cashback Diamond member and I normally receive my daily cashback regularly.However, suddenly my cashback became unavailable and I was first told that I had to wait 8 days. Now, even though those 8 days are about to finish, I am being told that I have to wait another 6 days.During this entire period, I have made many deposits to my account, but I have not won anything. I have continued playing and depositing money, yet I am still unable to receive the cashback that I normally receive as a VIP Diamond member.I was also told by customer support that this issue is affecting all MelBet users with VIP Cashback and that there is a technical update/maintenance being carried out. My VIP Cashback is either showing as unavailable or is showing an unusually long waiting period.I would like a clear explanation of what is happening and why the cashback conditions have suddenly changed. Please also confirm whether my accumulated cashback is safe and whether I will receive all the cashback I am entitled to once the technical issue is resolved.I have been a VIP Diamond member and have always received my daily cashback, so this sudden change is very frustrating!
