I am extremely disappointed with MelBet…
I am extremely disappointed with MelBet and how they treat loyal customers. My account number is 850407237.I have been an active user for a long time, making frequent and significant deposits. However, I later discovered that my account was set to receive cashback based on balance instead of placed bets — something that was never clearly explained to me.Because of this, I received very few promo points despite my high level of activity and continuous deposits. When I contacted support and requested a fair review or compensation, my request was completely rejected without any flexibility or consideration. They keep saying the system is “automated” and “final,” but this does not justify the lack of transparency or fairness. A serious platform should value loyal customers instead of hiding behind system limitations. This experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better treatment.Based on my experience, I do not recommend MelBet.UPDATE:MelBet has responded asking me to contact their support via email again. However, I have already contacted their support multiple times without any solution. Redirecting me again does not solve the issue and only delays it.I am still waiting for a fair and transparent resolution regarding my account and cashback settings.
