Librabet Casino - Player’s accounts have been closed and withdrawals confiscated.
The player from Chile requested withdrawals of approximately €45 from 13 casinos but faced account closures and canceled withdrawals without explanation. He asserted he had not violated any Terms and Conditions and wanted his funds returned. We reviewed the case together with his related complaints and, after he explained that he had been betting across several casinos on the outcome of his own gameplay, we found this created an unfair advantage. As a result, the account closures and confiscation of the associated winnings were considered justified, and the complaint was rejected.
