Seems like a scam website, seen it showed free bets if you sign up and deposit so did but get nothing in return, also showed new member offer for Harry Kane to have a shot on target as 66/1 but soon as you sign up and register the offer isn't there anymore, will just uninstall as doesn't seem like a genuine company

Absolute scam. Followed all of the correct steps for a welcome offer and even asked the support team about a link that did not work to the offer. They misinformed me to bet on the wrong selection and I have now missed out on the sign up offer. Please avoid and use a serious betting company to place your bets.

Avoid at all costs!! The slots are beyond anything I've ever encountered. Hundreds and hundreds of spins to hit bonuses ON EVERY GAME!! It's not random, or just bad luck, when it's damn near every single game. The RTP is miles off what it should be as well. Some as little as 10%. I can also see corrections being made. The reels change speed mid spin. Only on spins that would hit a payout. I can literally see the second and/or third reel speed up to avoid hitting a payout. It's very easy to spot. It's not subtle at all. I've never witnessed that before, on any game, on any site. EVER!! I've requested all my data and it's being forwarded to the gambling commission to see if those corrections are recorded as they should be. My experiences today should be statistically impossible and yet it's happened multiple times on multiple games. One game I spun over 250 times on 20p spins and hit no feature and never hit even as little as a £3 line. I only hit more than £1 twice. Out of more than 250 spins only 2 spins paid more than 5x!! That simply should not ever happen. It's so statistically unlikely, it's essentially impossible!! Stacked fire 7s big spins took more than 400 spins to hit the bonus, plus another 100 spins yesterday. Only an idiot would believe this is all simply bad luck. Be smarter than me and hold on to your money!! DO NOT GAMBLE WITH LADBROKES!!!

Crappy registration process. Would not accept a valid driving licence. Went to another company

They changed the website and it is rubbish now ( it was bad before) Ladbucks expiring -- get a grip for all the points your earn you can keep them. Spin the wheel I have a winning streak with 10 Ladbucks 200 days in a row what's the chances. Ladbrokes you have lost my custom - good bye

I placed a bet yesterday £5, to get a free £5 bet. The free bet was removed overnight, it had to be used, the same day. As I wasn't aware, I lost the free bet. Customer Support were unwilling to help. JUST BEWARE, FREE BETS HAVE TO BE USED THE SAME DAY

When I finally started wining they cut off all my promotion and now I can't bet more then £3. This site is rubbish.

Site doesn't load, just keeps freezing. Tried downloading the app and that is the same. Was ok when I placed a bet this morning but now I want to withdraw my winnings the site seems to be broken.

to deposit money, you don't have to do anything but to withdraw your money you need to e-mail different verification methods. Also, when you want to withdraw money, suddenly it says you can't withdraw money that hasn't been played as a bet, so you have to bet it first to be able to withdraw it. Communication from their part is very slow and unfriendly. I have been trying to get my money back for the past 4 weeks.

I opened an account. Made a deposit and placed a bet. They closed my account and confiscated my money! I have screenshots of the entire conversation!

Massive organized crime taking place machine's unable roulette completely rigged and now doesn't pay standard roulette odds it pays £2 for 20p landing on a number

Rubbish promises best odds guaranteed then doesn't do it

Dont become a memeber they give u literally no offers at all and are the worse for the oddsTheir one of very few places who dont do super sub on footballStay far away

They offer more now not being a customer then they ever did 3 years ago signing up, this is the only site that will constantly take your money and give you less than you ever put in, ladbucks what a joke just like this site, other sites you put in a tenner your defiantly coming out with £20 this website constantly does maintenance on there website so you don't win, I know they have to make a profit but robbing people shouldn't be there income!!, do not become a member!!!

I love the ladbrokes app and have used it for some time no problem. But I'm absolutely furious with them they have suspended my account after iv tried to withdraw £400And I'm don't know whyLadbrokes account name - blackjonny97 I'd really like a response before I take This to the gambling commission

You will never get a big win or close to a big one. They definitely have the lowest R2P out of any company I’ve used. When brought up with their poor customer service team they simply say not to gamble more than I’m comfortable losing. Ignoring any point made that their slots are obviously rigged. Their staff like their R2P is embarrassing. Don’t use Ladbrokes

This poker has gone downhill rapidly in the past year or 2.Always rewarding donkey players over and over again, even a blind man on a galloping horse could see it.

An outfit so poor I cant even be bothered to write the review.

Playing fluffy favourites 400 spent no free spins and fed up of not getting anything

Don’t play Roulette. I had 5 pound on number 12 and it hit , but no pay out! I rang and emailed Ladbrokes they told me me to go to my game play, I didn’t know how to do this so I followed all steps Ladbrokes told me , I finally got on it found what they wanted screen shotted the game what they asked for emailed all the proof. For them to turn round and say that game doesn’t exist. It baffles my brain I’ve sent them all the proof lol trust me people stay away
