I have spent £600 on slots over the past 3 days and every time I got on a bonus I would win small amounts of money & no ware near wat I have put in just seems like one way traffic takes all your money with very little in return very disappointing site for slots / got to the stage I keep on playing hoping I could win a share of my money back so angry I have lost £600 just seems like I have been robbed straight from the 1st spin to the last with no chance of wining anything worth bragging about / absolute joke

Out of any casino sites I have used, this pays out the worst without a doubt. I was in a game playing spins at 20p, decided to take a break for an hour and then went back onto it. Ladbrokes are terrible and I would not recommend using them. I have quite a bit of experience with betting websites and the service from Ladbrokes is awful. In particular, a horse bet I recently placed and won suddenly disappeared from their system. When I queried this, Ladbrokes claimed the bet did not exist leaving me out of pocket and without my winnings. It was highly frustrating. If you do bet with Ladbrokes, make sure you screenshot all your bets.

The biggest scam app ever. You never win, no matter what slot you play. The games seem to freeze every time you're close to hitting something big. I setup an auto bet on XXXtrem ROULETTE for straight up bet numbers 7,11,17,21,36 total 5 numbers £1 each for ongoing rounds after every round £5 was debited from my balance after 25 rounds on auto bet number 17 came up with 1000x but it wasn't created winnings on my account balance,I was closely every round monitored so straight away I stop auto bet and register my complaint but it's didn't resolve my complaint so I rang customers service again response wasn't good I rang 2nd time and submitted all the evidence they asked for (I submitted for your attention as well)the customer advisor said your last bet transaction is under process and it's not completed at that time 2 hours was past since I won the 1000x but was not completd so I waited few hours and than I received an email response with complete lies and excuses and refuse to pay, so I need your help this is completely unfair it's causing lots distress I need immediate help to deal with this issue

Ladbrokes have allowed my wife to gamble using my bank card which is a breach of their terms and conditions that state “we do not allow or accept payments from a card not in the account holders name” I have video evidence of ladbrokes stating these terms and conditions and that they have breached them but still refuse to remedy the situation. My wife has a gambling addiction and all our funds were in my account to safeguard her because gambling operators do not accept third party cards.

Hello ThePogg , Need your help. I recently opened account with Ladbrokes, deposit funds , payed roulette and won 1100GBP They they asked for documents- I send my Driving Licence and recent utility bill and they closed my account without any reason given than they could not verify my identity ? This is ridiculous as I took a picture of my docs and send those. I also have accounts is a lot of other casinos using same docs and I am fully verified everywhere. For example I am also verified using my same docs in Coral Casino which is part of their brand. The only reason they closed without valid explanation and reason is pure customer harassment and they refuse to provide any reason behind it or ask for additional docs if needed. on the 6 th of February Ladbrokes responsible gambling placed a 6 month self exclusiom ban on my account on the terms of NO BILL/NO WINas i am supposed to have said during a coversation with a dealer that i needed to win cash to pay for a bill ass my car had broken down. i have asked for subject access notes of this statment which i did not recieve. After serving the six month self exclusion ban i contacted Ladbrokes to reopen my account in the name BLACKPOOL1958 when sending age verification this was cleared and on the 8th Aug i contacted Ladbrokes and was told Ladbrokes would forward a form by e-mail for me to complete to re-open the account. On the 11th i recieved a further e-mail saying my account would not be reopened and i cannot understand why.As the commenti made when the self exclusion was placed i asked how to appeal as i do not hold a ny D.V.L.C Driving licence if i had said this this was me having a chat and joke with the live on-line dealer. If possible can someone from your company forward me notice how to appeal against the closing of this account. Any help would be very much appreciated

On 18/12/2018 I made a responsible gambling complaint to Ladbrokes, this was not investigated by them with their reply being that I had self excluded myself from their company for 5 years and I shouldn’t of being playing on their site in the first place. My old account username was [EDIT]. My new account ([EDIT]) which I opened on 10/02/2016 with total deposits with Ladbrokes during this time was £8,816.00 and total withdrawals were £955.00 during a six month period. I should point out that I used my own correct personal details. I then tried to point out that they had let me gamble on their site when I was self-excluded, they have now blamed this on me and are now not answering my correspondence. My internal Ladbrokes complaint no is [EDIT], with them now refusing to engage with me, I have now exhausted their internal procedure I can provide you with the following evidence in relation to both my activity and interaction with Ladbrokes: 1) Initial Ladbrokes complaint document. 2) Copy of email conversations with regards to my internal complaint between Ladbrokes and myself.

I opened an account 2 days ago and deposited around £295. My husband said to me he Thought I had an account with them some years ago. Hello, Ladbrokes froze my account on the 10 NOV 2017 and are holding on to £20,000 of my money in the account. I have had the account [EDIT] with ladbrokes since 2010 and have been successfully ID and address verified more than twice or thrice. This ordeal started in NOV 2017. I was playing big with them since Oct 2017 and was subsequently upgraded to the so called 'VIP GOLD' level. All deposits were made from my OWN UK bank account and every transaction in that account is electronic. On 7th November 2018 the account manager [EDIT] contacted me via email, asking me to furnish them with documents for proof of funds. He said this was normal for any VIP players who triggers a certain threshold of gameplay and for compliance only. He also said this was requested by their 'Knowing you better' team. I did sent all documents he asked for and he responded saying all seems to be in order and has been accepted by the team. Then the ordeal started on the 11th November 2017. 2 days after submitting the docs and making a couple of withdrawals from my wins, I received an email from [EDIT] telling me the account has been frozen and the funds were on hold 'temporarily' pending review of documents. Now after at least 90-100 emails and phone calls (may be more) later to their VIP customer care, [EDIT] and everyone I could get hold of, my account [EDIT] still remains frozen without any explanation from anyone including [EDIT], or the customer services or anyone from Ladbrokes. Every time I email or call, I keep getting the same response, that this matter is being looked on to by the Knowing you better team and they are still reviewing the documents, so someone will get in touch with me as soon they have more information from the relevant team. I tried to even get in touch with their 'Knowing You better' team via email but they never respond. I also tried to convince the customer services and my account manager [EDIT] to let me have a word with the 'Knowing You Better' team but they keep fobbing me off, saying they are a 'back end' team and speaks to no one. The really WEIRD factor here is that it's been over 90 days now and NO one ever explained why they have kept my money frozen for so long or got back to me with any update or to asked for any further docs from me, or gave me the outcome or tried to resolute the matter. I don't know what's happening with my funds and why is Ladbrokes holding on to them without a single explanation for over 90 days. Frustrated I even contacted their CEO, [EDIT] on 7th January 2018. Someone contacted me saying they are working towards a resolution which can expect very soon but even that has been more than a month now without any further update. Now when I emailed them again NO one replied back. Is it even allowed that Ladbrokes hold on to my Funds transferred from my bank account for so long and that too without any explanation? I have lost overall with Ladbrokes just in 2017 and now they are holding on to my £20,000 without any explanations at all !! I really am requesting you to help me get my money released / unfrozen from Ladbrokes. KINDLY HELLPPPP !!!!!!!!!
