Karamba - payout

Karamba refuses to pay me out. I had an active casino bonus which I also implemented. I ask for help. Karamba's rejection refers to a non-active sports betting bonus. That's what the live chat told me. I have pointed out that I have played through the casino bonus with casino. I have not yet received an answer. What else can I do?
