I am an affiliate and casino streamer working with Jackpotter Casino. We agreed to the following terms in writing: $200 daily streaming balance 10× rollover requirement $0.20 minimum bet 1–2 hour minimum stream time $800 monthly withdrawal limit Ongoing content from our side: 2–3 weekly social media posts about the casino and videos on YouTube or other platforms The balance was credited for three days in a row. We streamed as agreed on all three days, met the rollover requirement on the third stream, and complied with the bet size and stream time rules. After completing the rollover, we requested payout of the winnings. The casino refused the payout, and then removed the funds from our balance, claiming we had not yet posted enough content (Instagram posts, videos, etc.) even though these requirements were stated as ongoing deliverables for the partnership, not as conditions for releasing the first payout. Given this was the very start of the cooperation, we had a content backlog from previous streams and were preparing material to post in the following days. Nowhere in the agreement does it state that failure to post a certain number of items before the first payout would void winnings. We consider this a bad faith interpretation of the agreement.
