Hyper Casino - Responsible Gaming

I had a permanent self exclusion with all L&L casinos with the MGA license since 2021 and I was allowed to open an account with HYPERCASINO on 15.06.2023 and I lost a total of € 5000.00.
After several e-mails L&L decided to refund me € 1500.00 as GOODWILL and I informed them to go ahead with the refund but that I still would be filing a claim for my total losses of € 5000.00 and unfortunately L&L are not at all cooperating.
I also sent several e-mails to the CEO [EDIT] all of which have been ignored and I specifically informed them that I would return back to GOODWILL of € 1500.00 as I am very upset with their complete lack of cooperation.
L&L are claiming that I committed FRAUD & they also accused me of MONEY LAUNDERING and these accusations have caused me a huge amount of stress.
They say that I opened an account with HYPERCASINO using different personal details but I assure you that this is not the case and I will be sending you an e-mail with all my registered details of all my accounts with L&L Europe Ltd and it’s very clear that HYPERCASINO should not have allowed me to open an account which they verified instantly.
I also sent several requests to their DPO for all my registered details of all my accounts (please refer to my e-mail) and it took them over 3 weeks to supply this basic information.
