They denied me of my winnings! Stay away from this website . They mentioned they will not pay me my winnings and decision is final

AVOID this casino unless you don't mind waiting 48 hours for permission to withdraw your winnings, while they comb through site data looking for any account that's been on the same IP address as you. Their sole mission being to find a justification to not pay out winnings through baseless accusations of irrelevant "multi-accounting" rule violations. I have never had any issue not receiving a nearly immediate payout while playing on any casino other than this one. Bitstarz, never longer than 10 min, Stake, always instant, Cloudbet, never longer than 10 mins...fortunejack? Up to 48 hours. All of these other casinos have bonuses that would actually make it potentially advantageous to create multiple accounts, while fortunejacks bonuses present no such advantage, as they all require deposits, and/or carry 40X wagering requirements. So why is it that out of these 4 sites, only fortunejack has such concern for players using multiple accounts? It's the same reason that they only find it necessary to conduct these security checks once a withdrawal request has been made- they don't want to pay their players! The multi-accounting security check ups are a scam tactic to steal your money, PERIOD. There is not one reason for them to conduct these checks on your withdrawals otherwise. And once they accuse you of multi-accounting, how are you going to prove your innocence? How can you provide documentation for something you didn't do? You can't prove a negative, and I'm sure fortunejack is blissfully aware of this fact while they steal however many untold thousands of dollars from players everyday. Save yourself the headache of dealing with a site that doesn't understand the fundamental rule of operating a casino, which is you pay your players out IMMEDIATELY upon request when they win, not when you feel like it. Avoid Fortunejack or you're liable to get your fortune jacked.

SCAM - This site is a scam. They will block your account and not pay out when you win.

This site is a BIG SCAMI made a new account using my favourite YouTuber code which is FencerGGSomehow, I winned 275$ in cash or crashI cashed out the money to my BTC wallet, they said that I will pass through a security check, then they blocked my account, and said that I violated the terms of service, etc...

This site doesn't disclose their KYC verification process and how ridiculous it can actually be. Thankfully I read ahead of time before depositing any more. One thread they asked for: passport scan, skype call with ID, selfie, bills, etc and they still had issues withdrawing. Another had to notarize his documents in person. Be careful.

Signed up and deposit LTC , had a play in the slots won over 6 LTC , tried to withdraw into my LTC wallet to no avail, support advise I need to verify for KYC which was verified. several emails later back and forth , advising they are processing under standard security review, every time I sent an email was told to email back in seven hrs each time. No withdrawal ever received money lost. Please don’t be fooled by the fake positive reviews and most importantly ensure which ever site you sign up with are legitimate and do your homework. Lesson learned….

Scam Site Never Pays and youtubers who oversly promote this site have been rigged stay away from sites like this

i won 400 usd from a free spins bonus thing, and when i tried to withdraw it, was my account banned, with no help from support. and no reason for the ban and no money to be seen. stay away from the site.

They will not let you cash out if you win big those russian guys will do anything to avoid paying out a big withdrawal. They just make up stuff as they go along ( Security check ,added terms , KYC verification failed ) , with many good crypto casinos around with instant withdrawal i would avoid FortuneJack like the plague .Their T&Cs are woefully inadequate, and their customer service team even worse , playing to win big is one thing, getting your winnings from them is another story. Maybe they don't have sufficient funds or experience financial difficulty i don't know , If there's one thing I know for sure, high stackers must be prudent with this casino.

Scam. Please don't lose your money here. Me and my friends, we were playing for the past one year. We lost over 30 000$. On my account, i don't have any win since the account was oppened. Last 30 deposits, 0 wins. Literally 0. It's not even playing something. It's just taking your money. The games are so dead. Please stay away and keep your money.

One of the stupidest gambling websites I’ve visited. I got 10 free promos spins with “no wagering”. The spins paid 67 dollars and it turned out that I couldn’t even pay that out since the minimum withdrawal is 150 dollars....

Plainly Rigged and Scammy! They are so greedy that you do not even given play time, your amount goes to zero in no time. All these 5 Star reviews are a joke, all fake!Stay away, it will save you grieving over your lost money.

I deposited bitcoin. It gets confirmed and nothing . Contact support they say they are having trouble with bitcoin deposits I'll have it by the morning......... never again would I deposit here deserve 0 stars

Firstly way to much 5 star reviews is a red flag in itself . Because gamblers always complain . Secondly I been playing for months without a single win . An thirdly they barely have any traffic to there site so these reviews are a scam . I checked there traffic its lower than most online casinos

Based on the reviews, I'm glad of my result. They wouldn't even approve my account. I would have honestly thrown a couple hundred and lost it, to their advantage, and my phone number wasn't even approved for an account. Thanks for saving me half a grand tonight!

The RTP on their slots feels insanely low. Like gas station slot machine low. Yeah you could get *really* lucky, and they're good about allowing you to withdraw if you do (at least I was on my first deposit; I managed to cash out the minimum), but your odds are much better elsewhere.Avoid the bonuses unless they're not attached to a deposit. They'll play through your deposit first, leaving you to play through the wagering requirement of the bonus if you want to walk away, and since the wagering requirements are 40x you're probably not going to walk away with anything.Note: lots of fake reviews on here. I've seen several carbon copies of one another.

hello dont play in this company they are scam and keep money of players i win money and they blocked and keep my money .stoppppp dont trust them they are scam

eva must be the dumbest and most uselss support i have ever seen , she does not resolve any issue , is passive agressive and does not asnwer to half the problems , says i have not sent tickets , emails when i show printscreens holy damn

Am not happy with the service I have asked customer service to give me a ban and still haven't. I am in a financial crisis and have a gambling problem. I also sent a email. This has not been applied. Is there anyone to help or resolve this issue. I will consider changing from a 1 star rating if you could help me. I would like refunding for lack of responsibile gambling help.

These reviews are fake this is a scam casino, they will let you cashout the minimum withdrawal 2 times and then after that the games are completely fixed not provability fair at all. So actually you could go win once or twice then just done go back. I know this is a fact b cause both me and my brother have a account and the same exact things happen to both of us no matter what game we r playing so that's the real review for this site!!!
