I recently had my account with fortunejack closed without any prior warning or clear explanation. Despite following all the rules and guidelines, my account was suddenly suspended, and no one from customer support was able to give me a satisfactory answer or resolution, the only thing they mentioned is that your verification failed despite sharing screenshot with them that the verification was successful.I reached out multiple times, hoping to get clarification or an opportunity to resolve whatever issue led to the closure, but I received nothing but generic responses and zero assistance. It's incredibly frustrating to be treated like this as a loyal user, especially when there’s no transparency about what went wrong or how I can rectify the situation.What really stands out is the lack of accountability on their end. Instead of offering a clear explanation or working to resolve the issue, they simply cut me off with no recourse or respect for their customers. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and feeling completely disregarded.I would strongly advise against using this site unless you're okay with arbitrary account suspensions and poor customer service. There are plenty of other platforms that value their users and operate with far more transparency. After 9 minutes the same player had achieved a multiplier of 214 on slots and was leading. The company would provide no empirical evidence, blaming it on the 3rd party game to explain. Which means it allows games to run outside their terms and conditions. Totally lowering the credibility, transparency, and accountability of it; and as you will notice their reply was full of condescension and patronisation.I have now provided trustpilot with empirical evidence to justify my review. my login is 888gib, I played on the site, placed 6 bets on the NBA, won money, bet money for withdrawal, so they asked me for verification, I passed it successfully, after that I waited 2 days and they took all the winnings from me and left only the deposit , and they said that my account is linked to another account (this is a lie), I asked them to tell me the login of the account with which it is linked, but they refused me!!! I just recently won a small amount in Fortune Jack, verified the KYC and it feels like they are doing some added security review. I did ask the live support prior to winning if there's a KYC and was advised that if only asked as I want to complete the KYC prior to playing. I played on different site and now it scares me that I will not get my deposit because of this (saw all negative reviews online). Hi, I could not find FortuneJack on the casino list, so i chosed thepogg, hoping that you can access this complaint. I am a danish citizen with gambling addiction, and FortuneJack Casino allowed me to deposit more than 28.000$ even after i requested account closed and refund multiple times. On 7. November FortuneJack had allowed me to deposit more than 15.000$ and i lost a lot. Therefore i reached out to FortuneJack and i wrote: I would request my account canceled and deposits minus withdrawals returned. On 30. November it was payday and due to FortuneJack had not closed my account earlier on 7. November as requested, i was allowed to deposit and loss my whole paycheck more than 1200 USD. FortuneJack support informed me that: "Denmark Ip has been restricted for all providers", so why did they continue to accept my deposits, when they tell me Denmark is restricted?
