I've been with FortuneJack since 2021, which makes this experience even more disappointing. They advertise "No KYC," but when I requested a withdrawal, they asked me to complete KYC. I had no problem with that—I submitted my documents immediately, and my account was successfully verified. Even after verification, my withdrawal remained on hold with no confirmation or meaningful update. While my withdrawal was delayed, I kept playing and eventually lost all my funds. Better communication and a faster review could have prevented this. After being a loyal customer since 2021, this is not the treatment I expected. The "No KYC" advertising feels misleading, and the lack of transparency has completely destroyed my trust. I won't be playing here again and cannot recommend this casino.

This site is a scam; the rules are different before you invest compared to after you invest. Do not invest.

Today I deposited on the bonus that says get 100 Free spins for every 100$ deposit! I dont get the Free spins! And they say I got credited but I dont got anything! I dont like that!!!! I deposited 140$ didnt get my Free spins !

My deposit experience with FortuneJack was ridiculous. The money left my wallet/card/account, but the balance didn’t show up properly for five days. I had to chase them with proof and still got told to wait. That’s not something you want to deal with when real money is involved. Now I’m using jbitca

Just to be clear , I was not told or presume that I would be eligible for any bonuses . Although ; seeing how as I am a GOLD LEVEL 3 TIER and have deposited $ 658 dollars us in the last 7 days - you would think that would be large enough of an amount to qualify for some sort of decent bonus as a show for appreciation for continued loyalty and frequent deposites. I have contacted support several times inquiring about any bonuses and the have stated they will pass my request on to bonus department , which they most likely have . I sometimes feel like I am not valued much as a customer seeing how I rarely qualify for any bonuses. I am not saying they are a bad company, don't get me wrong - they are much better than most other sites for numerous reasons .THEY ARE MY GO-TO ONLINE SITE _ BAR-NONE ....!!!! I just wish I were rewarded similar to others that deposit and wager on the levels that I regularly do . Player qz33az gmail

I am writing to file a formal complaint against FortuneJack (Fortune) for stealing approximately $1000 from me. I initiated a withdrawal request, after which they suddenly blocked my account associated with the email bookmattmass @gmail.com Despite reaching out to their support team multiple times, they have refused to assist or release my funds, providing no valid explanation. This appears to be a deliberate scam tactic to withhold player winnings. I kindly urge others to be aware that FortuneJack is a scam and should be avoided. My hard-earned money has been unjustly taken, and I demand the immediate return of my $1000 balance.

I am a loyal Tesla status player at FortuneJack. Yesterday, I made three separate deposits totaling over $250. Support agent Sophie confirmed a 'priority bonus request' due to my activity. I am a loyal Tesla status player at FortuneJack. Yesterday, I made three separate deposits totaling over $250. Support agent Sophie confirmed a 'priority bonus request' due to my activity. However, 12+ hours later, I have received nothing. Now, support (agent Sally) is giving me contradictory excuses, first saying no bonuses are available, then claiming a review is 'in progress' but refusing to escalate the matter to a manager because I 'don't have VIP status yet'—despite being in the Tesla tier. This is unacceptable treatment of a high-tier loyalty player. If FortuneJack does not value its Tesla-level depositors, I recommend others to stay away. I have all screenshots of the deposits and the empty promises made by supportMy account username is Alexxx13ID:3727328

I’ve been using the fortunejack casino for a few months now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best platforms out there for both casino gaming and sports betting. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, deposits and withdrawals are fast, and I really appreciate the transparency and fairness of the games. The sports betting section is well-organised, with great odds and plenty of event to choose from. Overall, fortunejack has earned my trust, and I genuinely enjoy using it regularly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a safe and fun experience!

This casino has lost a case in curacao where they didnt pay a winning of over 90k euro. Avoid for sure...

I want to warn everyone based on my personal experience with fortunejtech.com - this casino is absolutely untrustworthy and FULL ON SCAMHere’s what happened to me: 1. I deposited real money, played normally, and even won some bets.2. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, they started demanding KYC verification. That’s normal - except:3. I sent them exactly what they asked for, but instead of approving my withdrawal, they manipulated my balance.4. All of my winnings vanished. They only left me with exactly what I had deposited — they literally stole my profits.5. They made no effort to explain, no apology, nothing. Just silence. This is not just a bad experience — it feels like outright fraud. The way they handled my request was shady, unprofessional, and predatory. So, BE WARNED: • Think twice before depositing your funds here. • Don’t assume you’ll be able to cash out — they might take your real money and then erase your wins. • I strongly advise others to avoid FortuneJTech altogether unless you want to risk losing more than just your deposit.I’m posting this review so that others don’t fall into the same trap I did.EDIT 10.12.2025 I need to respond to your reply because it is not true.I have all the necessary screenshots, records, and evidence — including from your own website — clearly showing that you changed my account balance after I submitted the documents you requested. This was also confirmed by your team in email communication. So your statement that you “never adjust balances under any circumstances” is simply false. It is extremely concerning that you are willing to give misleading information even here publicly, while the evidence shows the exact opposite. That is why I repeat my warning to other players:Be careful. My balance was altered, and I have clear proof of it.

SCAM! you wont ever get bonuses. games freeze up and dont pay right when you hit a bonus round. support is non existent

Wish there were 0 stars for this fraudulent company. When i tried to withdraw money, they accused me of multi-accounting. Which is false,e and i proved them wrong. I wish them everything worse.

Fortunejack ruined my life by ripping me off almost 400K in deposits by allowing me too play from a prohibited country. When I finally hit a nice win that got all my money back they blocked my account and stole my money and ignored me. This casino has no morals or ethics and breach’s all responsible gambling codes. They allowed any amounts of bets too be placed but have a hidden clause that states players can only win 300K max even though they advertise wins much bigger to entice and mislead players
