I joined Fortune Jack earlier this month purely because I heard it was fun. I wanted to try their Sportsbook (I'm a bit of a novice with sports, admittedly) and maybe some Casino play. Small deposit. Just for fun. After just a few days, my account was suddenly locked and I was getting emails accusing me of having multiple accounts, one of which they said was previously suspended. All kinds of stuff that is 100% false. I barely had time to get one account going and have no interest in having more than one. Now, my account is still locked and it sure seems like they are keeping my deposit and the little bit of money I won fairly in the 2-3 days I was an active member. Unless something changes, my money is basically gone, based on false accusations and something someone else did. I don't know really. They haven't actually fully explained it to me. The messages I get have a bullying tone and they don't actually reply to what I am telling them. Just send the same message, over and over. I know international gaming sites have their own governing bodies | commissions that oversee their activity. What is happening here has to be considered illegal at some level. Open to suggestions on what to do. Thanks!

Terrible costumer service and false advertisement. Everywhere it says first deposit bonus and 250 spins but when I put the first deposit I never received the bonus or spins and when I contacted support for help they told me it was my fault and they couldn’t do anything about it. I actually give it a try on 04/11/2021 which I place a bet and I win and company write to me that I have multiple accounts in order not to pay me. What did I want to use Multi account for.. I've played here for about 3 years now and deposited at least 2 thousand dollars if you counted all currencies. Sure I've won a COUPLE of decent wins. As in I've withdrawn maybe 5 times in the past 4 years of being a loyal member. Also when I first started to play at fortune jack the games payout were relatively more balanced and they didn't change the outcomes as bad. Now you can not only tell that somehow they control the results but if you get the bonus the game will suddenly freeze and say an error has accured make you reload the page then they make you lose all your money.

Be very careful with these guys. I have played here for a year or two without any problems. Then one day out of the blue after I had deposited BCH they say that they no longer take BCH-deposits. Fair enough that, but I find it very annoying that I am not going to get any of the BCH I deposited back or refunded. Apparently there was a warning about this when logging in, which I obviously did not see when depositing, otherwise I would never have deposited. I can see this message now, but that doesn't help a lot. Customer service just ignoring my requests for a refund. Described the problem to customer support but they say I can't withdraw it again.
